On Sunday, October 27th we will have a memorial service to remember all our loved ones who have died within the past year. If you and your family wish to attend, please fill out the registration form available at the information desk or send an email, with the information listed below, to care@iecfamily.com. We ask that you register no later than Sunday, October 13th.

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• The name and a photo of your loved one to be included in the photo tribute
• Number of people attending with you
